How to flip single symbol?

In Capital, here is a clip example which has 3 symbols all set by Style.

I find that to select any one of these 3 symbols and right click to run command "Flip Symbol - Horizontal", all symbols will flip, not only for the selected one.

What if I only want to flip a specific one, like "1" as marked above?

I have tried to "Fix" and "Exclude from Apply Style", but they doesn't work.

The only solution I found is, to style "2" & "3" to be relative to View From Direction. After they are flipped, run "Set View From Direction" to flip them again. But it is so troublesome.

So what I want is to operate only on "1", extra operations are not needed for "2" or "3".

Is it possible?
