DRC SETTINGS BASED ON SPECIFIC REGION.

Hi Gentlemen,

          Is there any technique or scripts available in PADS layout or router to do customized DRC settings for a specific area?

In my Design, in the BGA area i need tight DRC settings / clearence where as outside the BGA area I need to follow relaxed clearence for the same net / signal.

I have found Constraint region settings in a Cadence tool for the above requirement.

Is there any methods available to perform such a task in PADS?
