Symbols Exploding when applied

Hello,

I have this interesting problem,

If we look at this symbol in the Symbol Library, you can see it looks like a healthy symbol.

This is zoomed to all extents, there are no extra pieces besides what you see here.

My problem is, on some symbols, when they are applied/selected/overrided in harness, parts of the symbol get lost or move around, where I'll be presented with something like this:

If you look closely, you can see the extra rectangles surrounding the connector are actually missing from the center of the connector (around the screw) This isn't the only symbol it has happened to either, but maybe has happened 3 other times where I just gave up and "SYMBOL N/A"
