PADS Fatal Runtime Error in parts editor

All,

I've just installed PADS version 9.4.  I am unable to edit/change any parts in the decal editor.

Open PADS, open library, select a Decal and select Edit.

After part opens, select a terminal, then right click and select Pad stack.  BOOM! every time on every part I've tried.

Is anyone else seeing this problem?  Do I have an installation error or is PADS itself hosed...

Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

PS  Thanks mentor for the continually changing color schemes...really?  Does that constitute an update these days?  Just wondering....
