how to import .bxl file to mentor 7.9.4 central library

I use Ultra Librarian(5.3.163) Reader export OMAP3530_CBB_515.bxl to mentor format. in Libratian Reader, the set shows below:

In mentor Library and Data Management, I import symbol, cell and part, shows error:

is the Ultra Librarian dont support mentor 7.9.4? or because of other reasons?
